Ethical culture should be the first priority of any organization. An organization cannot operate or be successful if its work culture is not ethical. When an organization hires a new manager or promotes someone to a managerial position, there are various additional responsibilities which have to be fulfilled (J. Gabarro, 2007). Being a manager is all about being a good leader as well. It is therefore the ethical responsibility to assist new managers when they are newly selected or promoted.
